They are either unprofessional or just lazy terrible customer service. Not helpful at all.
Went in yesterday to take a look at their selection of cars for my car shopping adventure. The place looks like it’s on it’s last leg but that’s another story. Now, Mazda says they are Zoom-Zoom! This location didn’t get the memo. Walk inside and see what I believe to be three sales reps standing, one sitting at his desk and another assisting two customers at his. Customer service here is trash and I would spend my money elsewhere if I were you. I spoke with a salesman named Marcus who was pretty nice and personable over the phone (he’s the reason this place is even worthy of a star) but when I came to the dealership in person, he was with a customer already. This is an awesome place to buy a car hassle free. Marcus was so helpful. Dont get me wrong. Its not like they will agree with whatever you want. But if you are reasonable enough you will probably get a very good deal.

We went to Munday Mazda with 2 high energy toddlers. Not only did Red take care of all our needs but everyone there was kind n friendly to the kids. They have a room or "office for kids" as my little ones called for them plus they have water and snacks for them. Which any parents with toddlers know can be a lifesaver! The absolute best experience ever at a car dealership!! We would never go anywhere else!
