Worked with Matthew Fresquez today and couldn't have been more pleased. Even at 7 am, he was courteous, professional and just an all around great guy. I would 100% recommend Munday Mazda and specifically Matthew, who definitely deserves a commendation and pay bump for such excellent service!
They always take care of me. I went in for an oil change and asked about some other things on my car and they gave me such great deals I ended up getting it all done that day. They have great service and really care about their customers.
Service manager, Johnny, was very helpful and friendly. They diagnosed the problem, and repaired it the same day. Great service.
I loved the customer service I received when purchasing my new vehicle. James Glasper was so great and understanding when it came to me and my 1 year old. He was patient and polite with us. He did not stop until me and my daughter were satisfied. I've never received such great customer service when making a big purchase. He made me feel great about my new vehicle.
