Service department people actually contribute to your outstanding reputation. Without them & their caring would be a disaster. Chris was amazing & very personable took the time to explain everything they did & personally escorted me to my car.
He was great!!!!! And I’ll deal with him any time thanks again!!!! I don’t know what else can I say for him awesome!!!!!
I had great experience working with Lance at Woodfield Acura. He is really patient and detail oriented. He took time to explain me all features of the the car and did not rush or push me into buying. I had visited another dealership before this and the experience I had their was really bad, the sales person was really unprofessional and I had to walk away. We will be going back to get another car for my family pretty soon. Thanks Lance and team for you work.
My service manger, Jeff, was excellent. He gave me a couple of options to fix my repair, suggested I speak with the mechanic, Carlos, and I very pleased with his recommendation and more importantly the repair. I have been taking my Acuras to Mullers service department since 2009 and have never been disappointed in their professionalism.
