Kim Burnett has been my service advisor since day one. Her excellent customer service is the reason I drive 52 miles each way to have my TL serviced at Mullers Acura. There has never been an attempt to upsell unecessary service and all service and PM have been performed flawlessly. Mark Dettlo always stops to speak with me when he sees me in the service area. A cut above all the rest.
The service went very smooth. Ken took care of everything and kept me updated. He even applied for the tire rebate. The service technicians disinfected my Acura after the service was completed. Thank you very much!
