My experience with Lance was great. From the initial email to the final sale, his expertise and customer service was very welcoming. Even though I wasn't 100% on board with the lighter interior of the car, he was able to reassure me with the interior protection package. Even though this is my second lease, he wanted to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with what I was purchasing.
We reviewed several other cars besides Acura before we decided upon the RDX model. Thru it all, Lance was very nice and didn't push into a quick decision. Additionally, we appreciated the way Myles Bauer explained the various financing options which ultimately saved us money.
Lance was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the vehicle. He took us on a test drive even in snowy conditions. Real pleasant to work with.
Lance is a wonderful, warm person. I moved from Barrington to Oakbrook, but came back to Miller’s Acura for my 2nd RDX because of Lance. No pressure & always willing to take the time to explain in detail all the new tech gadgets & how they work to a “non tech”

This is my 4 th Acura I’ve bought since my first 2003 TL. I love the quality of Acura and the service dept at Muller’s is outstanding as well as the sales and finance. Wish it were closer to Crystal Lake.
