Upon my arrival at the dealership for my service appointment, Kim greeted and introduced herself in a friendly and welcoming way. She was very helpful and knowledgeable while explaining the needed parts to make my vehicle run properly while being very professional.
Excellent CPO car buying experience. Sales associate Mark Stillwater was simply great and made me & my family feel like we are buying a new car. Couple minor issues with the car were promptly addressed by the service department, Ken addressed the issues reported and followed up with me on updates while the car was in the shop.
