Efficient and quick service as always. Had an issue that Muller completely took care of. My sales person German recognized me and wanted to make sure i was well taken care of.
Had problem with my 2021 RDX clock resetting itself to 2015... Chris Anderson stepped up (after trying to fix 3 times. He was able to get it fixed thru Acura's home office technical support team. He was very easy to deal with and the issue has now been fixed!
Mark Dettlo and the team at Acura are the best. I trust them completely, and have for 25 years. Their prices are competitive and their service cannot be beaten by any other provider.

Ken greeted me right away and we went over the items that I had concerns about. Told him I was waiting for the car and they had it done 10 minutes early.
Lance was very kind and never pushy. He was very knowledge about all of the trim levels and careful to help me stay in my budget. I will send all of my friends to Lance!
Kim did an excellent job and your service technician whoever he was car was done in less time than quoted go to bed overall very happy
Brought my 2016 RLX in for a recall fix. Service provided by Kim Burnett was truly superior. Service was prompt and efficient. I have primarily worked with Kim every time I've been in for any service (which thankfully hasn't been ofter) and she is really a pro! Great to work with. Brian Casey (Thomas Engineering).
