I really struggled with working in my recalls due to scheduling, living too far away, no loaners, etc I just kept putting them off letter after letter! When I received an email from local Gunn service department personnel that a loaner was available and detailing what I needed, I responded right away and was contacted immediately for an appointment within the week!
