Nice salesmen, however I am very disappointed that I was sold a car that has issues with the engine. I haven't had the car a full week and I already have to get it fixed. Then they couldn't set my appointment for a week away and didn't even offer me a loaner car. I don't want to drive it anymore to work because it's making more noise now. 2018 Honda Accord.

I waited almost 2 years to get a recall taken care of. When I called this time, Danielle called me back a few hours later and scheduled my appointment for 1 week. I dropped my car off 10 am Tuesday and she called me that afternoon with an update. I was able to pick it up the next morning. I appreciate the communication and quick work.
