I asked them to check why I was unable to permanently turn off the idle stop as the owners manual says can be done. I followed the directions in the owners manual and on YouTube. The Mechanic supposedly turned it off. At the first stop light after I left the dealership, the idle stop turned off the engine. So it seems they didn’t verify why it wasn’t working and just assumed I did it incorrectly. Either the instructions are wrong or the switch in my car is not working. I brought my car in for a B 1 service. Scheduling by the phone was easy. Ryan my service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable . The service was fast, less than anticipated.Overal I had a positive experience. I would recommend this service department and I will return for a future needs.
