I do not recommend going to this dealership to service your vehicle. I called and emailed to inquire about the cost to order and to install OEM parts onto my TLX and was connected with Bill Martinsen. His responses were days slow, unprofessional, and was unwilling to work with you. It took several days for him to respond to straightforward questions, and eventually, he stopped responding altogether.
Very simple process. Salesman wasn’t pushy at all. Everything was straight forward and clear. Getting license plates the day of purchase was also nice.
I’ve been going here for many years and the customer service is top notch. Everyone is very professional and polite. The always service my car with the best care.
