This is the 2nd car that we have leased from this dealership. We had an excellent experience both times. Lance was knowledgeable, professional, and personable every step of the way. Have been bringing my vehicles in for service here for the last 4 years. On my last visit for an oil change, one of the techs had stripped my oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Mistakes happen, however the service advisor refused to cover the costs of The repair and claimed that stripped drain bolts are a normality on a 2012 vehicle with less than 100k miles. Spoke to Acura corporate and they agreed to cover 50% of the repair bill due to it clearly being a tech error, but mark still refused to cover the remaining 50%... read more
