Kim did a great job, Kim gave me weekly update to the status of the back ordered part. And when it was due from Japan. Hopefully everything is great this time. First fix only lasted a week and a few days
The service was excellent-We bought our car back in 2015 and had a great experience in buying it and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future- I made an appointment for 12:30 and was taken care of right away for an oil change-rotating the tires and flushing out the brakes -They explained everything thoroughly to us and said it would be an hour and half and waited in your waiting area which was wonderful - with the soda and goodies!!! We were done exactly at the time they said which we liked alot!!!
Everyone was friendly from the beginning check in to the final payment desk. They all made me feel like family. I appreciated the detailed explanation of what was needed and advised. All the work done was excellent...thanks to the technicians. I drove out confident that my car was in good condition for the winter. Thank you!
Great experience purchasing our 2021 RDX from Muller Acura! Lance went out of his way to find the exact car we wanted and negotiated fair price. Lance also took the time to explain every detail and feature of the car after purchase, and has followed up to answer any and all questions.

First time purchasing a new Acura from Muller Acura. The experience was great and the team was great with communications, always keeping me in the loop. Rob was my primary salesperson, who was very helpful. I also dealt with Alens, who was helpful throughout the process. I even dealt a little bit with German. Even though I only talked to him a couple of times, he checked up on me to make sure all was good. I hope future experiences continue to be as good as my first purchase.
