I've never been disappointed with the service provided at Muller Acura. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the multi point inspection every time I bring my car in for an oil change. I can keep on top of any potential problem.

Everyone here are friendly. Service was fast. They are always clear about what service they will do and for how much. I also like the report they give at the end.
Things always go very smoothly when I bring my car in for service The waiting area is neat and clean even have beverages and snack bars usually never have to wait more than an hour or so
I have been a customer of Woodfield Acura since 2009 ( 2 new car purchases and all recommended maintenance.) I have yet to be disappointed for any reason. As long as that pattern continues, I will continue to buy and service my Acuras at this dealership.
We were completely impressed by Lance as he had so much knowledge about the RDX. He went above and beyond to pick it up also, and has stayed in touch to help with any questions we have had!
I received quick attention to my (tire) need. When it was discovered to be with the valve, not the tire, the attendant worked with me to find a lower price option...always appreciated!!! I was pleased to see everyone in the waiting room wearing masks even though everyone was socially distant...way to go healthy Illinoisans !
I am so impressed with Muller Acura!My battery died I am so impressed with Muller Acura! My battery died recently and I was stranded. German Perales my Sales consultant drove to me and my daughter and charge my battery up! Then Acura checked my whole car over to make sure everything was safe! Amazing service Thanks Acura for making us a priority!
