Mike Katz did a great job and made sure there was follow up with me. Mike was very accommodating and got the sales process moving for us.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take the time to drive 40 minutes from my home to Muller's Woodfield Acura, even though another Acura dealer is about a 10 minute drive from my home. The reason I make the extra effort is the people at Woodfield Acura. We were impressed with the professionalism that Lance showed throughout our leasing process. From greeting to walking us through the the features Lance was AWESOME!
The second time was good but when I went the 1st time to do a regular oil change they changed my battery due to not passing the test. Was under warranty so it was replaced free. Great. The issue whoever replaced the battery did a bad JOB and when I drove the car for a few days it started having electrical issues where one day the car was totally dead with no power and I was at a store.
