Seat motor had went out. In replacing service discovered that the bolts weren't tightening down the seat properly. They went the extra mile for my family's safety and replaced the unit.
Made appt. for routine maintenance on my TL - oil change and trans. fluid change. Have been dealing with Kim Burnett in Service since I purchased the car. She is an outstanding service advisor who never tries to upsell which was a pleasant surprise after bad experiences at other dealerships. I drive 59 miles each way to have my Acura serviced here. Always a good experience.

Service was a better experience than expected. Pull right in and discuss your issue with a service advisor. You can wait inside or outside. When they diagnose the issue the service rep came to me and told me what the issue was and how long it would take to repair. Highly recommend. Oh, plus a free car wash!
