The only place I'll buy an Acura! Lance was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the differences between the two models of TLX we were considering, which really helped us make a decision. He helped us set up the car and explained how everything works! Overall, it was a great experience.
Great dealership. Originally wanted to bring my car to Chicago downtown dealer. However, their service manager kept telling me how he will charge me $89 if it won’t be recall issue and they won’t do diagnostic for free. Called Woodfield Acura. Service manager Ken made my experience flawless. Very professional and knowledgeable. Without connecting computer he told me to take loaner and he will take care of the problem. 3 hrs later car was ready. Fixed under extended warranty from Acura
