We're never disappointed with the service department at Smail Acura. And this visit was no exception. They were more than accommodating when they realized the interior portion of our seat was defective while a recall was being performed. The staff is always professional, patient, kind and understanding. But most importantly, honest. We never feel like we're being taken advantage of. We also had our vehicle inspected. Came in looking for a new car as my previous lease was over mileage and just not what I really wanted. Steve was helpful, attentive and really worked with my budget. Nick the GM was also fantastic and Frank in finance was super friendly and even helped deal with releasing my check so I didn’t have to deal with my former dealership. Overall thrilled with the customer service and my purchase!
