We happened to stop to comparison shop against a different brand and the sales staff made a real impact. Fast, efficient Service Ken took me in on short notice to complete the recall on my RDX and even provided me with a short term loaner without me asking. He was able to complete the service ahead of time and get me on my way.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Muller's Woodfield Acura continues to set the bar for service. Today I had a 7:00 am appointment for my 10,000 mile service and was out by 7:25 am. I received the usual courteous, prompt and efficient service that I've become accustomed to with Muller's.

Great service and communication on your car and status. My only negative is that every time I come in I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get a technician to write up my service order.
