I have been leasing from Muller's Woodfield Acura since 1998. All 10 leases were professional, efficient, cost-effective and handled with friendship! The entire staff gets my vote for being family-friendly. They truly make me feel special whenever I stop in. AND, my cars are always handled with care. Barb is a superb salesperson who knows what she's talking about. AND, she'll make sure 'we' understand how to work the newest technology.
Muller's associates exudes professionalism, friendliness and, courteous towards clients. They use technological advances in diagnosis as expected on a company in the 21st century. Waiting lobby is as expected for a luxury car dealership.

I came in for A1 service and get ready for winter. They also did a recall computer update and wheel alignment. As a single senior woman my car’s dependability is very important to me. They always take good care of me.

I was very pleased with the service I received from our salesman John as well as your finance and management personnel. They all seemed genuinely interested in making our buying experience enjoyable. The only criticism I have is your Acura used car facility is in need of some serious renovation . It feels unwelcoming and "dumpy"
