I always have a great experience when at Muller's. John was busy with another customer, had Seth take care me (who has been with Mullers for about 3 or 4 months). Seth was so knowledgeable it didn't seem he had been working there for such a short period of time. Chris Eugenus was fantastic as well, couldn't ask for a better GM. Mullers is a fantastic dealership and would not buy a car from anyone else.
We knew what car we wanted, so it was just a matter of finding the right color and trim. We met Mark, our salesman, from the begging we new we liked him. He was easy to talk to, and answered every question I had. He showed us many vehicles until we found the one we ending up buying. He wasn't pushy at all and just made the arduous task of buying a used car much easier. He never lost patience with us, even though it took us awhile to decide.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sebastian - he was very professional, courteous, great sense of humor, and friendly throughout the entire car buying process. I had 15+ days between when i ordered the car and it was delivered, Sebastian did an excellent job keeping me updated on the delivery, always responded to my calls/emails and had the car ready with all the accessories when we reached the dealership. Sebastian Wrobel, our salesman, knew the Acura product line well and was able to answer all of our questions. He was not high pressure and was able to obtain the trade-in value on our car that we needed and the price on our new Acura RDX that fit our budget. The team effort of this duo is superb. The internet inquiry w/ Sebastian was a very nice & friendly experience. When we visited the dealer, Bob Ingo was there to help us w/ all our inquiries, took us for a test drive twice, first we drove a FWD then an AWD to let us felt how each vehicle performed, he did an extra mile to satisfy our time at the dealer. No pressure felt in our part to close the deal, I would absolutely recommend this "duo" to my friends & family .

I just wanted to work with a dealer that would skip all of the hassle and make my buying experience as pleasant as possible. Sales people in this dealership were really nice to me only because they know I was really interested in buying the SUV. I test drived the 2010 MDX and the salesguy (Grant) gave me all the features and told me that it is a certified pre-owned vehicle and with a 127 point safety inspection.
