One of the best car buying experiences that we have had. Totally remote, out of state (we live in Tennessee). Communication with Sebastian was excellent. When we received the car, it was exactly as described. Sebastian arranged for transportation, and kept us apprised of every step. We certainly would recommend the dealership and Sebastian! This was my 1st purchase from Muller Acura and I have to say that these guys do it right. I purchased a new MDX. I walked in and was warmly greeted. Dealt with Tommy who went over the programs lease vs. buy and helped me select my new MDX. The whole transaction from start to finish took about an hour. Thats how they do it!! Nice easy and efficient. After shopping around at other Acura dealers I am happy I made the trip to Muller Acura.
I had three Acuras before I decided to try another car. I made such a mistake and purchased a brand new Volvo S80 and after six and half years, the transmission blew. Not only was I out the money I spent, I had no trade in, no nothing. I called Chris Eugenis and he hooked me up. I should have NEVER left Acura in the first place. I guess that's what you call "Lessons Learned". I'm very happy with my purchase and it felt good to be in the hands of Chris and his staff. Thank you Muller's Acura!
Chris Eugenis found me a car within minutes of me walking in. I really liked that he knew my time is valuable, and treated me accordingly. He found me EXACTLY what I was looking for, and he knew what he had in stock. It took him 10 minutes. In 10 minutes I was test driving the car that is now in my garage. Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Anyone looking for an experience like that, just walk in and have someone point you in his direction, you wont be sorry.
I had an outstanding experience. The dealership was prepared when I came in to pick up my car. They were extremely organized. I had a thorough explanation of the papers I signed, and a detailed review of the car and its electronics. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
