Sebastian was very helpful, very friendly, and easy to work with. He was also very straightforward and there were no "surprises" at all during the experience. He told me all the facts about the car, and the price was very reasonable. He was very attentive to questions and supplied all the information I asked for. Overall, great experience and Sebastian was very helpful, honest and friendly!

I am a longtime Acura customer and was looking to lease my fifth Acura vehicle. Wow lots of great reviews. My wife and I must be the only ones who had bad experience at this dealer. This is her letter to Mueller, and Acura HQ. This is the 4th new car we've purchased/leased in the last 2 years, and this was the best experience by far! The dealership was very clean & in a good location and all the staff we worked with were very friendly - from the receptionist to the porter. Just purchased a new 2012 base MDX from Muller's Woodfield Acura in Illinois Initially, I was doing research and planned to purchase next year, but ended up purchasing on Saturday (7/21/2012). I bought a new MDX from Muller's Woodfield Acura, and the experience could not have been better. If you are looking for a luxury SUV, buy an MDX. If you buy an MDX, buy it from Muller Woodfield. They know how to take care of customers. The salesman, Tommy Pililimis, was also great to deal with. They have earned a customer for life.

A few months ago I was in the market for a certified 2008 TL and Muller had the best selection! Chase and Tommy were great to work with! They treated me like a friend and were willing to work with me on price as we as other aspects of the sale. They have many years of sales experience between the two of them and they were willing to put in a lot of time to get me the right deal. We just bought our new MDX in Muller's Woodfield Acura. Grant was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable, polite, considerate and treated us professionally. He not only spent time introducing the great feature of MDX and how to use them to us, but also showed us the differences between similar maker & models. Thanks to Grant and his team, we had pleasantly experience in buy a new car. Grant also answered our questions quickly even after we bought the car.
