Let me start out by saying I bought my first TL from Muller's 13 years ago and they have performed all the maintenance on it. Their service department is the bomb, very friendly and forthcoming. Unfortunately, it was time to replace it and I went through the usual research via the Internet trying to determine what the right price on the 2014 model would be. Bought my fourth Acura here (second one from this dealership). Tommy was terrific. No hassle, no fuss. I was in and out with a new car quick and easy. I drive 40 miles out of my way to come here for maintenance. The staff is absolutely incredible here. Terrific service, terrific work, terrific follow up. Always up front. Never pushy.

Just bought 2014 RDX AWD on Saturday. If not for Mark Chupeyda, it would be just another visit to a dealer without purchase. However, Marks knowledge about SUVs, charisma, and willingness to get you a great deal - landed me this a car that is perfect for me. Nice dealer, nice deal, great car!

I was very happy with the vehicle and price, although I think (as usual) that I could have gotten a little more off if I was less tired. Dan was very easy to work with and very friendly. He knew his inventory very well and was able to find the exact car we were looking for on the first try.

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse which boasted 105 point inspection, halfway home to Grand Blanc, MI., the engine oil light comes on, I call Dan and he said bring it in and we can look at it but not right away, we are backed up. I said I don't want to wait and he said if you take it to a Mitsubishi dealer in Michigan, we won't back their service, I took it to the dealer and they replaced an oil sensor. When I FINALLY got my title, I emailed Dan and told him that I got the title and it was a faulty oil sensor -- NO REPSONSE. Als... read more
