Bought a new MDX. I just purchased a new MDX from Richard Kaskel. Best experience I have ever had. He was a true professional. Very upfront with everything and very knowledgeable about the car. Poor customer service and respond POOR respond - I bought a 2015 MDX in July with The Protector protection, waiting 2 months about the warranty informaiton and called the dealer sales more than 3 times and left 2 message, receive no respond. Then after 4 months, called again and left an upset message to the rep and finally got attention and receive a call back same day. Best Service Department Ever I seriously cannot remember the last time I have been treated so well. Totally unbelievable! Kim is just awesome. Extremely Disappointed; Terrible Customer Experience I went to this dealership with the intent on being a repeat customer. I had bought a 2005 TSX from this dealership and have been pleased with the vehicle and the service department.
