Smail Auto Group was once a top notch dealership. Perhaps they have new mgmt. Their tactics are sneaky- Not explaining to me Sirius has been discontinued on the 2025 model until after closing of sale. Having Sirius is a big deal to me-and had I known of omission, I may not have purchased the new MDX. Smail undervalued my 2016 MDX Trade-in by more than $3000 less than CarFax, Kelley BB and Edmunds I entered my VIN number at all 3 sites. Usually great experience but this time the call center confirmed a loaner but apparently they have wrong info, we need to check with the dealer directly? Strange, so stayed versus drove to work. They did schedule it asap and only took an hour
