Bill Backes and Frankie Florey are like the Starsky and Hutch of Acura. They are both very professional and get the job done while wearing primarily 70's theme outfits. I highly recommend them.

Good service (Diagnostics and repair for a few days) was done as promised with good explanation and courtesy by Dana. Along the process, I asked for some extra advices and two guys at the service desk as well as a mechanic were very attentive and helpful. Thank you.
