Great Salesman! Had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years and was prepared to battle. But, Seth approached when I came into look at the RDX. From that time on he answered all questions and concerns. Once decision made he led me through a relatively painless purchasing experience. More importantly he did not pressure, was knowledgeable, trustworthy and respectful!

Great Customer Service I moved from Japan and did not have enough knowledge to buy a car in the US. But Bill and Isaac were very friendly, gave me proper advice and offered the best price. Overall the process was painless, fair and very quick.

Great experience Referred by a friend to Sebastian. Great guy, very helpful and honest.. Wasn't pushed or rushed into making a decision. Came out with a new car and couldn't have been happier.

Great experience! I originally dealt with Sebastian over the phone/internet but due to a scheduling error, instead worked the deal with Richard. He was personable, honest and made the purchase of my 2016 RDX as painless as possible. My last lease at a different dealership was a nightmare compared to this one. In and out in about two hours, amazing! He introduced us to the service department (they were also very friendly) and made sure everything was as expected with my RDX. A Different Kind of Experience I'd like to say that I normally hate buying a new/used car due to all the traditional BS associated with haggling and predictability. Marco Palacios made the whole experience quite enjoyable from start to finish. He was very patient, was personable without being pushy and really expressed a genuine quality about the process that was very refreshing for me. These guys rock! Seth was helpful from the time I called to see if they had the car I saw on the website through the end when I drove off in the brand new Acura! Patrick was very thorough in explaining all aspects of finance process. Both were very knowledgeable about the products and options available for all vehicles that I looked at. I would highly recommend going to Acura Hoffman estates! Oh, and John provided wonderful comic relief the whole day!
