Scam service...total joke. I know cars and when they told me that A1 service code is an oil change and tire rotation, and then had the car serviced complete in 25 minutes I was suspicious. Sure enough, oil was still dirty, tires not rotated and I basically paid 70 bucks for a car wash. Brutal.
Five Star Service I called Muller Acura's service department in the morning. They scheduled me for service the same day. When I arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part in stock, replaced the part, vacuumed and washed my Acura, and had me back on the road within 1 hour. Unbelievable service! Very courteous and friendly staff also. I highly recommend this Acura dealership for service.
RETURN CUSTOMER!!! We had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian on our first Acura purchase and knew we would return to him for our most recent purchase. He did not disappoint! We walked away feeling satisfied and love our new car!!! We'll be back.
Fantastic Experience Sebastian was genuine from start to finish. Not only did he respond to my inquiry on a Sunday, his follow up on Monday was professional and not pushy. Nothing about me appeared to allow Sebastian to treat me differently. I'm grateful! I did purchase a car and if the need for a car arises again ---- Sebastian is first on my list to work with!

Knowledge and Efficiency @ Salesman. Worked with German. He is a long time salesman of Muller and understands the importance of building a base of clients, not just pushing steel. Modern Era Car Buying Experience I need to say that my experience purchasing at Muller’s Acura was pretty decent. Sebastian seemed welcoming and was very attentive to our questions. Saying so, he also professionally gave us a little space, and that’s what usually is ignored by pushy salesman. Outstanding Sales and Follow-up We knew that we had wanted an Acura TLX and had visited several dealerships, including those closer to our home than Muller. When I called Muller's Woodfield, Seth Gibrick, a Sales Associate answered the phone. Within seconds, I felt comfortable with his style and his product knowledge. As Advertised, Great Service, Great Price, FAST transaction! I messaged Muller's on Super Bowl Sunday 2016. I received a reply early that evening from Bill Buehring that he would be in by 0830 the next morning to answer any questions I had about a Pre-owned Mazda I was interested in.
