Amazing Service! The entire staff at Muller's was extremely helpful! Malik answered all of my tech questions. Kevin who was overseeing Malik made my visit comfortable. I walked out with a new Acura and a new appreciation of their business model.
Great purchasing experience Purchased a new 2016 Acura RDX few days ago. I sealed an internet deal with Sebastian Wrobel a few weeks ago, but then decided to re-negotiated the deal using a leverage of last day of the month and quarter. AWESOME EXPERIENCE Buying or leasing a new car is frequently not an enjoyable experience but it couldn't have been more pleasant for me yesterday when I leased a 2016 Acura TLX. A Pleasant Experience This was my second purchase from Muller's Woodfield Acura. German Perales was knowledgeable, easy to work with and was great with following up on the many questions I had during and after the purchase of my new 2016 TLX. The negotiations over price went smoothly and took a relatively short period of time. I never felt pressured about the purchase and was able to take the necessary time to feel confident that I made the right decision.
Inspiration to Report False Advertising to BBB A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concerned that the "ABS" warning light was on. The salesperson said the problem would be repaired before delivery as "they were planning on repairing the problem anyway." No pressure (almost no pressure), just a very friendly, knowledgeable, good guy who explains the options etc...Price was decent. New car purchase Very fair pricing and straight to the point. Found them through True Car and this was better than my previous experience through Costco. No games, no pressure to take the long term warranty, no hype, just a very easy process. The one minor hiccup (no one's fault) was handled very generously!
