2016 MDX My wife and I visited Muller Acura looking to upgrade our 2014 RDX for an MDX to have more room for our growing family. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Issac. New MDX After deciding on a MDX, we headed back to Muller's Woodfield Acura, where we purchased a MDX 14 years ago (which we still own). We took two visits on two different days to confirm the features that best fit our needs. Matthew Rau was very informative and objective through the entire process. We were very pleased with Muller's 14 years ago and are very pleased again.
A great car buying experience. Sebastian made sure when I drove off the lot that I knew how to operate my new vehicle. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and fun to deal with.
Great Experience Stopped in on a Friday 5 PM to sit in a TLX. Did that, but the wife who was getting the car sat in the RDX. Said she liked it but hadn't researched it. No pressure and a great experience with Seth. Stopped at a Lexus dealer to sit in a ES 350. Very nice but no test drive as it was 5:45 still on a Friday and traffic was bad. Went to dinner. No knowledge of the cars they're trying to sell Don't buy your car here, and especially not from German Parales. Came in to look at the ILX, got stuck with German as our sales guy. First of all, he knew NOTHING about the cars, everything he was telling me was contradicting the official Acura website. I've done my research for over 6 months on this car, so I basically just started asking him questions that I already knew the answer to just to test him, and he failed miserably. Easy, no-pressure sales process Working with Matt and Myles was a breeze. Myles was able to give me some tips on my new MDX (just use regular unleaded) and was able to get me a better finance rate. I feel like they legitimately are working with me rather than against me. Matt was easy to work with, we quickly agreed on a price, and he was low-pressure. Car sales should always be like this. Amazing Acura Experience I just purchased my second Acura MDX from Sebastian and the experience was more than I could have imagined. Sebastian showed the utmost patience and professionalism while I was making the decision to purchase the first 2017 MDX from their dealership...and guess what??? I did. The Experience I Hoped For I really appreciated the room to research and view the vehicles before coming in to make the purchase of my RDX. The aggressiveness from other dealers was such a turn off. The staff was helpful without being pushy. After finalizing everything with Barb, the financing with Patrick was super efficient. I returned a few days later and Barb spent time to help me review the features of the car and settings. Thank you Muller's and I look forward to enjoying my new RDX.
Experience at Muller's I came into Muller's twice and the second time my salesman was unavailable. Seth approached my father & I and after talking to the sales rep who was busy with another customer was happy to help us. From our test drive to driving out of the lot with my new ILX Seth was fantastic. He answered all our our questions with no problem about the ILX, our trade in, and finances.
