Stellar Matthew Rau is the most genuine person I've worked with while shopping for a car. After going to Libertyville Acura, I was about ready to look away from Acura all together. Them I was referred to Matt, and I got treated like family from the beginning. Pleasurable Really pleasurable experience working with Bill Buehring! I shopped for quite a while for a vehicle and ultimately decided on the RLX hybrid with the advance package. Shop somewhere else!! I did not have a good experience at Mullers Acura. Sleezy sales manager "NICK". I complained to the Muller Group, and they had Nick call me back to argue with me, that I was wrong and really did have a good experience. Mark in the Service department was nice to deal with, but if you're looking to purchase, go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman shopping alone.
Great car, great experience Bill Buehring worked with us on a purchase of a 2017 RDX. I'd already done quite a bit of research so I was comfortable with the model and features. The sales approach was definitely based on establishing a ongoing relationship with the customer and not just on trying to find out what I would be willing to pay. In the end, I felt that I was treated fairly and got as good a deal as I could reasonably expect. I'd recommend Muller's and Bill to anyone.
