Just what I expected Matt made buying easy and fun. I had just lost my 2010 TL that I bought new at Muller's. I replaced it with a 2013 TL thanks to Matt who took the time to listen to my concerns and appreciate my price range. Holiday Shopping Just like the button on Sebasitan's desk, that was easy. Even over the busy holiday season, coming in on his day off to accommodate us picking up our new vehicle.
FINAL STOP SHOP I was car shopping for almost 2 weeks. I made a final stop at Woodfield Acura and Seth Gibrick helped us out professionally quick and answered all my questions. The GM Chris was off the next day and I told them we would come back on Friday when he's in to go over some numbers. We came back in that Friday and once again Seth helped us out. Excellent service I've purchased quite a few cars from other places, but muller Acura is by far the best car shopping experience. German was so friendly, so was the finance advisor, Myles. Everyone was very quick and efficient and German shared a lot of quick little tips and tricks on my new ILX. Better service here than I've had anywhere else. Great buying experience My buying experience with Richard and the team at Muller's was refreshingly pleasant. I have been looking at several luxury brands for quite some time, and this was the best experience by far.
Refreshing It is nice to be NOT be "high pressured" in today's world......it is a rare thing at a care dealership. Sebastian, Mathew, and Issac were extremely helpful and allowed us to take our time in making our decisions. I would HIGHLY recommend these people and this dealership to people who like to NOT be "high pressured" by "pushy" sales people.
