Ryan was excellent and got my service done. Prior to Ryan I had 2 appointments and was promised a loaner - no one called to let me know they couldn’t full fill that request. Instead I showed up twice and wasted time to find out I had to reschedule. Ryan finally helped me.

Another excellent experience at Gunn Acura! I had to bring my 2020 TLX to the Service Department for engine warranty work. My service advisor, JT, did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process which included a loaner car. Everything went smoothly due to JT’s outstanding work and I got the car back much sooner than expected.
