Alex is patient, honest, and helpful. I never feel pressured and he works hard for his customers. I would also feel comfortable recommending him to female customer without fearing they will be taken advantage of.
I live in west central WV about 3 hours away so it’s not easy getting back for service. I dealt with both Cam and Bruce to remedy 3 ACURA recalls at once and had some scheduled services done while the car was there. This all took some serious coordination but they sure pulled it off to our satisfaction!
