Ryan checked me in during my A1 maintenance service appointment for my Acura 2024 RDX. He was a pleasure during the entire process while I waited for my car. He even offered me a private office to use that was not being utilized so I could set up my laptop for a quick zoom meeting that came up unexpectedly from my supervisor!!! Always great service when I take my vehicles here for maintenance. I go out of my way to come to this dealer instead of the one up the street from me . Keep it up !!
Drop off for scheduled oil change and tire rotation was mostly efficient. Service staff couldn’t find online schedule and said they could work me in, but I found my texted confirmation on my phone.
