Extremely quick, painless process Bill was great to work with; I walked in without an appointment with about 30 minutes to test drive a car and talk about it. He got it done in that amount of time for me and did not pressure me for a sale. He followed up with my preferred method of communication (text) the next day and I had conversed with him on and off via text on pricing of the car (2017 used RDX), and that night I popped in and purchased the vehicle. A+++ Buying Experience Sebastian is top notch. He's not pushy AT ALL, it's very informative she knows his vehicles. I've been car shopping and had questions that sales people didn't know the answer to, which is ridiculous. Sebastian had them all and even gave me a technology training before pulling off the lot! He got me the best deal possible and was by far the most pleasant to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone!! When my car needed servicing they are amazingly helpful.
Purchase of my new TLX I E-mailed Sebastion to get the pricing on a used 2017 TLX. He informed me I could get a better deal on a brand new one with incentives. He did not overwhelm me with e-mails or phone calls. He got me the exact car I wanted brand new and the out the door price was below what I expected to pay.
