Enthusiastic and helpful! Sebastian was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful in my direct internet purchase. I drove from St. Louis as the color/model/mileage combo I was seeking was rare. He described the car perfectly and as skeptical as I was being hours away, the car was better than described! Great experience and no runaround After getting the runaround from another local Acura dealership who tried selling me an MDX they didn't have and took my deposit, I called Muller Acura and Chris and Roger did a great job helping me! Also, Patrick with their financing dept was very helpful in explaining all documents. I highly recommend this dealership as they are Pros and not like others.
New Car Purchase Recently I purchased a 2018 Acura from Muller Acura in Hoffman Estates. It was nice to be able to view the vehicles without pressure. My experience at this dealership was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson was Barb Krajewski who was friendly and knew the product. Muller's makes car buying easy!!! I emailed asking for some information and was immediately met with a simple and descriptive email. I told Sebastian I would be at his dealership right around 5pm. I was met with the car waiting for me to scope out and Sebastian ready to let me test drive it.
