Great service Always a good experience with the Muller Honda service staff. They are prompt, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Provided necessary information about why an unexpected replacement part (battery!) was required, and options for other suggested repairs.

Service Exceeded Expectations Provided a quick review of issue with my tire. Gave me input on alternatives and we determined that a new tire was warranted. I was given a time frame for the new tire being put on, and an offer of a ride if needed. The repair was done quicker than expected and the price was as discussed. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

Easy , Fast and great service! Booking online was great! Service was relatively fast and everyone there was very nice, explained everything with detail and provided options. Could use some upgrade in seating/waiting area

There is no Muller in the house We had a bad experience with a salesperson. The Salesman tried to sell my wife add-ons behind my back after we already said no as a team. Went to GM as we felt this was unprofessional and sexist. We said we don’t want the salesman present at the closing of the sale. The GM assumed it was about money, called us liars and he said no sale. He canceled the sale and said we weren’t the type of customer he wants. We already own a paid-off Honda Odyssey so now we have to find a new service center for... read more

Good service but slow Friendly and professional staff but paperwork did not indicate that I was waiting (even though I said I was waiting and was shown to the waiting area) and so I was waiting too long compared to other customers

Oil chNge Showed up an hour early for my oil change appointment but was seen quickly. Ended up getting my tires rotated as well. No extra unnecessary service was recommended. In and out in approximately an hour
