Quick and Easy I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment for A1 Service. They still checked me in right away, and obviously started working on the car right away because it was done in less than an hour. I was able to work while I waited. The waiting room was comfortable and the guest WiFi is a nice convenience.

As expected On time and quick. For $45 ($5 off coupon on their website), got a synthetic oil change with inspection. What I didn’t like was how they automatically tired to sell me a package that was $70 without explaining to me what I was getting. I do plan on going back for the oil change but probably not for anything else.

Very thorough inspection After hearing a strange thumping in my CRV, I had Muller perform a complete inspection of my tires and struts. They also had 2 different technicians test drive my car. They found nothing wrong with my car and did not hear the strange noise. I felt very comfortable with their opinion and they did not push me to do any other work at this time. They were very fair and knowledgeable.

Service issue When I first called, I was told there was absolutely no loaner available. I understand that loaners can be tough but when I purchased my car I was told that I would get one whenever I serviced my car at Muller. When I showed up to pick up my car they could not find the keys or any record of service. The lady at the front was very helpful but it took around 25 minutes to find my keys get me processed.
