A very positive experience! Over the years, we've learned to trust Muller for both used and pre-owned cars. In particular, Doug is knowledgeable, kind, effective, empathetic, and works so hard to deliver the best possible deal for us. He's also super pleasant and very honest, so working with Doug is always a positive experience. Today we got a pre-owned Civic that we absolutely love. Thanks, Doug! Quick and Easy I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment for A1 Service. They still checked me in right away, and obviously started working on the car right away because it was done in less than an hour. I was able to work while I waited. The waiting room was comfortable and the guest WiFi is a nice convenience.

As expected On time and quick. For $45 ($5 off coupon on their website), got a synthetic oil change with inspection. What I didn’t like was how they automatically tired to sell me a package that was $70 without explaining to me what I was getting. I do plan on going back for the oil change but probably not for anything else.
