Kurt Kim was nice . He can speak Korean so that I could understand well about any information of the car. I really recommend him anyone who wants to buy a car from Muller Honda.

Very thorough inspection After hearing a strange thumping in my CRV, I had Muller perform a complete inspection of my tires and struts. They also had 2 different technicians test drive my car. They found nothing wrong with my car and did not hear the strange noise. I felt very comfortable with their opinion and they did not push me to do any other work at this time. They were very fair and knowledgeable.

Service issue When I first called, I was told there was absolutely no loaner available. I understand that loaners can be tough but when I purchased my car I was told that I would get one whenever I serviced my car at Muller. When I showed up to pick up my car they could not find the keys or any record of service. The lady at the front was very helpful but it took around 25 minutes to find my keys get me processed. Dissatisfied After waiting 15 minutes outside the bays I was let inside. Then another patron was taken before me even though I was there before him. Once inside Edgar finally acknowledged me and graciously took care of my cars needs.

Service and repair on Pilot John was quite helpful in making sure I had all the right paperwork to submit to my extended warranty provider for coverage. My car was repaired in a timely manner.
