Dissatisfied After waiting 15 minutes outside the bays I was let inside. Then another patron was taken before me even though I was there before him. Once inside Edgar finally acknowledged me and graciously took care of my cars needs.

Service and repair on Pilot John was quite helpful in making sure I had all the right paperwork to submit to my extended warranty provider for coverage. My car was repaired in a timely manner.

Great experience at Muller Honda This is my third new Honda purchase, but my first from Muller. William Perez was our sales person and we really liked him. William was knowledgeable, present, but not pushy at all. Very satisfied with the experience and I love my new HRV!

They Make it Easy I was a "walk-in" to the service area with my tire pressure icon lit up. The service area was really busy, but John took the time to check out my tires, find a nail in one, and have the nail hole plugged while I waited. Considering I did not have an appointment, I was thrilled to get all of this done without having to make a return visit. Everyone with whom I came in contact was friendly and professional. I really appreciate how the people at Mueller treat their customers.

Awesome - got a great deal! Kevin Mayen was a great salesperson. We end up looking at every CR-Vs in the lot, we appreciated that thoroughness. He was patient and not pushy at all, he wanted to make sure we picked the car we wanted. Also, our trade-in value was higher than what we expected. We lived half a block away from another Honda dealership but we chose to drive to Mueller Honda, and we’re glad we made that decision.
