Good Annual Service Good service, but a 4 rather than a 5 because the person cleaning the inside of the car was in too much of a hurry and left a lot of crud in the cracks inside the car.

Worst Service They are only interested who has purchased car from there dealership. Very bad attitude. Definitely not recommended for doing service at this dealership. They are simply asking to go the dealer where i bought the car for warranty accessories.

New tire installation. The new tires were installed at an affordable price. I dropped off the vehicle at 9:00 and was given a loaner car. My only complaint is that I was told it would be ready by late afternoon, but ended up not being ready until the following afternoon. I didn't receive a phone call letting me know this beforehand. I called the service department the next late morning and the guy I spoke to couldn't tell me when it would be done. A little disappointing.

Overcharged for a known defect Our 2008 Civic developed the known issue stated in the technical service bulletin 10-048, where the engine block developed a crack, leaked coolant, and eventually overheated. Even though Honda extended the warranty to 10 years for the defect, our car fell just 7 months outside that period. We were originally quoted $7600 for a whole new engine which would only come with a 12/12 warranty. Obviously this was a terrible option for a car which at best could be traded for $5000. Exceeded my expectati Service was prompt, fair, explained what’s needed for future, totally upfront with everything. Price is very reasonable. he even took care of prior service the day before that my wife had which had some errors.
