Efficient and thorough The service rep was quick to explain the process, walked me through a price estimate of the work expected to be needed, and gave (what turned out to be) an accurate wait time. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable.

New Family SUV Great experience, no pressure. Directed to right person to answer questions or concerns about issues with vehicle (CRV) read on Edmunds. It was great working with Alfredo again. Purchased first Honda with Alfredo 12 years ago. He was very thorough going over the differnces in trim packages of SUV, and explanation during test drive. He made the buying experience great, felt like I was making the right decision for my family. We are all enjoying new CRV!

Highly recommend We have bought 4 Accords in the last 5 years from Muller. We always do our homework before coming to them, but they are fair, and have always given us a good price. They are very friendly and great to do business with. We have never had any high pressure sales tactics from them. When test driving and after purchasing the car, they do a thorough job of explaining the features and encourage us to call back with any questions. They have always called us to see how we like the car. Highly recommend!

Good Annual Service Good service, but a 4 rather than a 5 because the person cleaning the inside of the car was in too much of a hurry and left a lot of crud in the cracks inside the car.

Worst Service They are only interested who has purchased car from there dealership. Very bad attitude. Definitely not recommended for doing service at this dealership. They are simply asking to go the dealer where i bought the car for warranty accessories.
