Friendly and helpful Very friendly and thorough service call. My issues were addressed and Sean was so great at providing me updates and next steps while my car was in for service. I appreciated him going above and beyond researching what was needed on my Pilot to be fixed.

I love my new Honda Odyssey, and Muller Honda! After getting a recommendation from a friend, we went to Muller, and were not disappointed. Joshua Ryoo was knowledgable and polite, and very responsive to our needs. This is our first experience with Honda, and are very pleased. Greg Stone handled all the purchase info. I liked the fact that, after we finished the paperwork, Kevin Mayen sat with us in the van for a good hour or so, explaining all the bells and whistles!

prompt service, flexible about timing I ran into a delay and phoned ahead to say I would be 45 min late for scheduled service. I was told to come on in and was treated with courtesy and promptness during intake, follow-up questions during service, and pick-up.

Considerate and transparent Tim did a great job of taking care of me when I brought in my car for repair estimates. He is courteous and considerate and does a great job of explaining what needs to be done an what the various options are.
