I have real bad experience at Muller Honda. i am existing Honda customer and today I went to buy Honda crv. As very normal buying process, I got some price quote from other Honda dealers before I stopped by. To my surprise , when I mentioned sales person that I have quote from other dealer. Service did an expected job with the recall. I would have gotten my headlights fixed but it was inconvenient to buy the lights first without knowing the parts needed. There were multiple lights out.
Great experience! My partner and I were looking for a car to get on a very limited budget. We found a great deal on their website and sent in a request. We had a response within 5 minutes, and made an appointment for the next day within 10. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and were helped by Jim, who was fantastic! He helped us through everything with a smile, and had us out of there with a new car in no time! :) would highly recommend this place to anyone, including new time buyers.

Quick fast efficient! Good communication. Waiting area pleasant also spoke to a friendly salesman while I checked out the New cars. My dad on the retail establishment small… But every person who came into the store got acknowledged and was told that my dad would be with them as quickly as possible. I would’ve appreciated that same treatment when I arrived. Even though people were on this phone they could’ve just said will be with you in a second. I was very happy with the help I received buying my new CRV from Pawel. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was handled well and I rode away happy knowing I could contact Pawel with questions when they came up. So far my car has been wonderful to drive.
Roberto was great. Very friendly and professional; explained everything very well. He was also very personable and even went out into a rainstorm to bring my car inside so I didn’t have to get wet.
