Philip and team at Muller Used car sales are a genuine, honest, no pressure sales team. In hindsight the most transparent about overall pricing. The car I was interested in was recalled so I ended up going to another dealership, which I so regret and ended up paying more for a car I don't like. I wish I would have waited and will definitely go back!

Purchasing a vehicle can be a nerve-racking experience if the need is urgent. We had gotten in a car accident and totaled the car and needed a car right away. Normally a painful process was made Painless by Jim. The process was quick. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. It made a difficult experience very easy on my husband and i.
Bought a clean lower priced used Honda for my Daughter. Our salesman Jim at Muller Used car store in Highland Park was super helpful. I am a 62 year old, single female. I had an appointment to test drive a 2022 Honda CRV Touring at Muller Honda. After taking it for a test drive, I decided I did want to purchase the vehicle. I had an Approval Certificate from my bank, Chase. So, not just pre-approval, but approved for this specific vehicle for a specific amount. As web site said, you do not need an appointment for a oil change and they would “get you in and out quickly. I drove 20 minutes, went to the express service and was told it would be at least 2 or 3 hours. I said unacceptable. The manager came out and said they had stopped that service and it was not in their web site. I found it and showed it to him. He thanked me and said he would correct the web site. I called in advance to see if the vehicle was present and I was assured that the vehicle was present. When I got there it was not present and sold to another customer. I was going to settle for a Honda CRV EX-L because of the color option, however, I got the trim and color at another dealership (way closer to my house) that was guaranteed to come sooner. Muller Honda was very transparent and straightforward about its pricing. After several disappointing and frustrating experiences with other car dealers that posted a price, but that wasn't really the price - I had almost given up. Mike, the salesperson gave me a total for "out the door". I drove down for the car and within 45 minutes was on the road with my certified used Honda. Very pleased with the car and with how they treated me.
