I had the wonderful experience of taking my car in today and was met by a wonderful service advisor---Erik Gonzales. He was so very helpful and patient and went through and answered all my questions. He was outstanding and I found that the whole service department was great including Lisa at the cashier counter. Muller Honda has been my only dealership for almost 20 years. I just got my fourth vehicle from Kevin. He is an excellent salesman. I once sold used cars and recognize a good salesman and a superb closer. If I live long enough to get another vehicle , it will come from Muller without question. My new H-RV with the HDP package is an awesome ride, and I know I’ll get the best service at a good price at the dealership. All four of the cars/SUVs have only had Muller Honda perform maintenance. I’ve never been dissatisfied.
We have 7 leases with Muller Honda. I have worked with Pavel on 4 of them. He is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. He is fair and up front and works to get you a fair deal.
