I have real bad experience at Muller Honda. i am existing Honda customer and today I went to buy Honda crv. As very normal buying process, I got some price quote from other Honda dealers before I stopped by. To my surprise , when I mentioned sales person that I have quote from other dealer. He stopped all discussion and mentioned that they can not give any price to me as I came up with other dealer quote. that was very rude and waste of my time. i have already discussed this with them over email and they never mentioned any ... read more
Service did an expected job with the recall. I would have gotten my headlights fixed but it was inconvenient to buy the lights first without knowing the parts needed. There were multiple lights out.
Great experience! My partner and I were looking for a car to get on a very limited budget. We found a great deal on their website and sent in a request. We had a response within 5 minutes, and made an appointment for the next day within 10. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and were helped by Jim, who was fantastic! He helped us through everything with a smile, and had us out of there with a new car in no time! :) would highly recommend this place to anyone, including new time buyers.
