My experience began with filling out an on-line form regarding trading my car in. Larry Pinkus followed up by calling me and we made an appointment to meet in the showroom where we were able to come to terms and I left with my new fit.
Hidden Fees, "Dealer Inspected" malfunctioning window I worked with Jim Coveliers at Muller Honda. First visited the dealer on Saturday 1/25/19 looking at a 2014 Honda Accord LSX with 105xxx miles. Test drove the vehicle and determined I wanted to move forward, I was assured the vehicle had been inspected and passed the dealer inspection process and that everything was functioning properly. Cassandra was very pleasant and helpful, going out of her way to have the car easy for me to find once the work was done. (She was no doubt responding to my need to use a cane.)
