My First This is my first Honda! My sales person Cathy was very thorough and fought hard to get me the best deal possible. Cathy was knowledgeable about all the aspects of the car I was looking at. She was friendly and engaging. Greg in finance was patient in explaining each item of the process making sure I understood everything. He was very pleasant and explained the options available in a manner that did not feel “pushy”. Before I knew it my car was ready and I was on my way home—nervously driving my brand new car! LOL
Excellent service, inflated prices Direct contact, Roberto Soto, was very thorough and did an excellent job to assure I could be on the road in time to get back to work.
Old car needed service My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone and I dealt with him when I took in the car. He was great-we took the car for a short drive to be sure that our speakers were working. He noticed a red light on. This was a Saturday. They were able to order the warrantied part on Monday morning, got it in Tuesday morning, and were able to replace brakes and take care of the warranty problem all before 4 ... read more

Great people, very helpful The salesperson Helen was very helpful and knowledgeable, the finance manager was excellent to deal with and the receptionist was very helpful. The facility was clean.
We keep coming back This is our third car we have bought from Muller Honda. We always are treated well, given a comparable price without a lot of back and forth, and walk out feeling happy with the deal. Just what we expect from a car purchase.
