Used to purchase jewellery most of the time from here, if any issues the guy at the counter would sort it and provided good service. We purchased a ring in which the diamonds fell out within a day of having the ring, we took it back for the guy to sort it. When speaking about the issue in the shop, an old man in the corner spoke out and said it wasn't their problem as we took the ring in good condition, the guy was at a stand off with us, where we were forced to pay more money to exchange the ring, I mean no customer service... read more
