If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We were told that Mubarak Jewelers would have a gold piece custom-made for us — something special and important. Instead, we had to spend weeks chasing them for updates. Every time we followed up, the responses were painfully slow, and nothing ever seemed to move forward unless we pushed. Terrible service. I ordered a bracelet for my wife a month in advance. They first said the design wasn’t in stock, then ignored my requests for alternatives. Later they promised to make it, but kept delaying and stopped responding. Just before her birthday, they sent the picture of wrong design and still failed to deliver the promised one. Completely unprofessional — avoid wasting your time here.

I had a wonderful experience at Mubarak Jewellers today. Mariam helped me choose a chain that fit my budget and was at a great price. She was incredibly friendly, and all my colleagues at work recommended this jewelry shop. I am very happy with my purchase.
