Purchased 2022 Armada and the attention to detail in the hand off is horrible. Headliner is stained and covered in black fingerprints and waterstains. The Nelson logo on the car is tilted. Still waiting on ownership manuals. Regret tje purchase, shoukd have hone elsewhere. Overall dealership quality is horrible and of course they're too busy to take care of it.

Great salesman, manager and financial dept. They helped us get to a monthly payment that was in our budget on the car we wanted. Very helpful and hospitable. This makes our 4th time buying from them. Will go back again in a few years!
