No hassle. I called the salesman and told him which vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived he had the vehicle parked right outside the front door of the dealership. He met me at the door, showed me the vehicle, and we took it for a test drive. I told him that I was ready to buy. I met with the dealership manager and the finance manager. Had my Nissan Altima serviced today. Bridgette was very polite and professional. I especially like the new digital system that you now have in place where a report of what has been done is listed and then other findings are made known giving the customer the option to accept or decline.
I made an appointment for my oil change and overall car maintenance. 4 hours later, the car was turned back over to me good as new. New oil, tires rotated, 2 parts changed after a phone call to ok the necessity, the car was washed and I was a happy customer. Thank you Nissan for all you do to keep me happy, safe and rolling.
When I called Supreme Nissan inquiring about a used vehicle, the salesman asked several questions to determine what I wanted & what would be a good fit for me based on my expectations. He encouraged me to take the drive from uptown Orleans to Slidell and test drive the vehicles he had selected for me. Very satisfied with the service!
None of the mechanics take pride in their work. The had my vehicle there over a month. The first time they told me it was fixed. So I went and picked it up. Went to leave and my back up camera wasn't working no more. So they keep it for the rest of the month. They finally finished it again and called and said it was ready. I went there got in and noticed my mirror was folded in. So I got out to unfold the mirror. Then I seen they never snapped the plastic trim down on both sides of the truck by the windshield.
