In a simple word, perfect! It was so easy to schedule, I got a reminder, a shuttle to work was available if I had needed it, the customer lounge was comfortable and accomodating, the estimated wait time was accurate, the service was quickly and professionally handled, and I was thanked for bringing my car in to that dealership (more than once!).
